Sorry another question about the IMM5669 Schedule A form that was requested from us a few weeks ago - I filled out the section for step siblings but I couldn't see anywhere for step-parents? Seems a bit strange. It's sent back now but surely they would want my step mother's details? Any ideas @legalfalcon Thank you.
As per IRCC, Sibling (brother or sister) defined as :

For Express Entry, a sibling means your brother or sister related to you by:
  • blood (biological):
    • brother or sister
    • half-brother or sister
  • adoption:
    • adopted brother or sister
  • marriage:
    • includes a step-brother or step-sister who is not related to you by blood or adoption and your parents are married or in a common law relationship
    • this is true on both the date you submit your profile and when you submit your application for permanent residence
To get points for having at least one sibling in Canada, they
  • must be 18 years old
  • must be a citizen or permanent resident of Canada
  • can be the brother or sister of your spouse or common-law partner who will come with you to Canada.

Further, the information about step parents is required, since you can sponsor your stop parents, and thus their info has to be there in the background declaration:

Example 2: Sponsoring your father, your step mother and their son
You can sponsor your father, his spouse and their son (your half-brother). On the application, your father must be the main applicant, called the principal applicant, because he’s related to you. Your step mother can’t be the principal applicant. She’ll be listed as your father’s dependant. Your step-brother can be added as a dependant only if he qualifies as a dependent child.

Example 3: Sponsoring your grandparents, your mother and your step father
In this situation, you’ll have to submit 2 separate sponsorship applications: 1 per couple.

On your grandparents’ application, one of them (either your grandmother or your grandfather) will be designated as the main applicant, called the principal applicant. The other will be designated as a dependant.

  • If you designate your grandmother as the principal applicant, your grandfather will be the dependant.
  • If you designate your grandfather as the principal applicant, your grandmother will be the dependant.
On your mother’s application, your mother must be the principal applicant, because she’s related to you. Her partner can’t be the principal applicant. He’ll be listed as your mother’s dependant.

Thank you @legalfalcon, I'm not planning on any family sponsorship in the future, they are extremely unlikely to want to leave the UK. I'm also not the principal applicant, my husband is, but IRCC wanted me to complete the form too. I just thought the IMM5669 form was odd because it asks for step siblings details but not step parents, there is no place to put the information. Should I follow up with a Web form to add my step mother? Thank you

Sorry @legalfalcon I'm getting my forms mixed up! It's the IMM5406 Additional Family information that I'm talking about!

My AOR date is March 17, as per GCMS notes, it was approved in September there is no activity since then. I ordered GCMS notes again and I got them today. There is no change at all. I know my medicals are expired...but the Medicals show as 'Passed'. Is there any way we can tell if they are extended and how long they are valid?

Not exactly.
You can apply for a job in Canada but if you get the job and even if your application is approved, you won't be allowed to enter in Canada due to tavel restrictions.
But if you are in USA, you might be allowed. Check if you will be allowed to enter with the following link:

I can apply for jobs from outside canada? . I am of the opinion that companies dont consider you unless you are physically present in canada.
Has this changed during the pandemic?
I am willing to take interviews from here in India and take the job when I eventually relocate to canada.

It does not matter whether you sponsor them in the near future or ever for that matter, all that matters is that you have identified all your family members in the form.

Yes, you can apply for jobs even if you are outside Canada and you are right that most of the companies don't consider candidates who are outside Canada. But there a a few companies which do consider, it mostly depends on your occupation. If your occupation is in demand in Canada and if there is a shortage of skill set in that particular occupation, companies do look for good resources outside Canada.

You can also register in Govt. of Canada's official job portal:

I received the client portal today, and I replied but forgot to declare I am in Canada. Should I repay the email again to clarify I am in Canada? Should I add my dependent's (non-accomapy dependent) info? Please Advice.
