Hello Everyone,
Please I need help on something I saw in my GCkeys. I did my medicals sometimes mid April. It was completed and submitted the next day. I confirmed with the center and I was given the print out that showed it was completed and the date it was submitted. Few weeks after, my update change to We did not receive the results of your medical examination. Check details below........ . Please I just want to know why this happened or if theres an issue with my medical examination. Thanks anticipation.

Don't think is a problem at all. First of all the gckey is just a platform that needs to be updated by the IRCC personnels themselves. I only think it hasn't been updated even though your file has been submitted.

I would suggest that you get a picture/scanned photo of the receipt submit a webform upload that receipt and you would be fine.

Again from my lil research I realised most of the VAC centers have been closed temporarily and not operating for sometime in May, hence may be a reason it hasn't been updated. So please don't stress at all. The medicals has been done and just need an update by them.

Infact most of my updates made by them were only after I prompted them.

Just My Thoughts cos myself haven't even done medicals yet..

Oh ok, thanks for this other angle too. I will update the AVO. Initially, I got an email saying my application was in Shanghai (as at January) and when I called immigration today I was told that my application is now in Ghana Accra.

Mail stating husbands Eligibility passed: December 7, 2020 (please find the attached )
Receipt of Police Report: January 21, 2021
Medical Request: April 12, 2021
Medical Results Received (Passed): April 30, 2021
Invitation for Pre-arrival services: May 13, 2021
We started processing your application on May 12, 2021, on CIC online tool

It was on the online cic tool. I just even noticed it today because I dint check it that’s as often as the portal. I just have pre-arrival letter and medical request form on my portal

For those who have received DM + PPR. When did you receive the " We started processing your application on ...... date"?. and how many weeks or months did it take you to receive further correspondence from them? I'm just trying to "guesstimate". Done with medical and waiting for DM

Someone pls help!!!. I submitted our application on the 3rd week of dec 2020 and until now we have not heard from them.

We are worried. We have not gotten any acknowledgement letter from them. Are there people in this situation pls should tell us their experiences and and the way forward if any.

We submitted the same time and same here too. However, I called and was told it is in the queue for review. I think the only thing is to wait. I understand they hardly give AOR and will request for medical direct. Fingers crossed.
