My understanding is that just like bowp in rest of Canada, anyone holding an AOR (don't know how they would treat XEP) and with any valid work permit would be eligible for this transitional open work permit till their PR application is finalized.

I already applied last week, I had no choice. RAMQ will extend my card for 6 months, which was a good news.
I hope not, the Quebec gov. has told IRCC to speed shit up lol, but you might be right. Everything in Quebec takes time damnit.

I've been trying to apply for Express Entry since I qualify, while still keeping my QSW application in processing. When I try to do that by taking the questionnaire, generating a checklist code and using it in my account, I get the following error:
The form could not be submitted because errors were found.
Validation error: Provide the necessary information below to continue.
I know that I have a QSW PR application in processing, but I thought I am allowed to submit more than one PR Application?
Any help is appreciated, thank you.

You have two years behind you, I don't see why your going for EE at this point.
I'm seeing the express entry processing time is 6 months! I thought who knows how long more my QSW is going to take, maybe less than 6 more months but also may well be more than that.
