what number did you reach to IRCC agent, i am trying to link my application and it says not found. Is there any time frame after which it gets available in system?
I followed the steps and it says information does not match. I am using UCI or COPR number along with other information. I have mailed my phots on Feb 13th, not sure if it will take some time to get updated in system
Call them, ask how exactly the place of birth is spelled on your file. I tried multiple times, only one agent was able to help me, and we realizes that there was a mistake on my COPR
I called (888) 242-2100. The best time to call is 8:00 am. The IRCC agent provided me with PR card application number and other info that needs to be entered and stayed on the phone line with me until I was able to link my application.
My photos were delivered on March 3, from my understanding don't have to check on them for another couple months.
I guess they are now going to just stop working with these new restrictions.
@sunny_1994 did you get the card? I know you mailed the photo in January but I had a question. Had you taken the photos in November?(the date on the back of the photo).
Hello- i need help in understanding repsonse to webform
Me and my husbands photos were delivered on Nov 27, 2020 (tracked via canada post).
i raised a webform to know the status of PR card but i received a below reply today. What does not available in system mean - did they not receive it? I verified with Canada post that they were indeed delivered. I am so worried now as it’s already been a while

If you sent them by traceable means, you may contact the mail service provider you used in order to make sure that they were indeed received by the processing office.
Your photographs will be processed according to the date of reception.”

Official processing time time is 123 days. Its been that high for a while now, and we are seeing on this thread that Etobicoke just started working on November applications. That is reality
I also got same reply. I have sent them on January 24th. I called them today and told about the response they told me its normal. They said when they will open our envelope then only it will show in their system.
