Hi my aor Is feb 2020, no progress since thn. I called representative today to check if there is any update and he told me that IRCC is not processing PNP express entry they are focusing on CEC only. I am inland.
It’s been 14 months and feeling stuck as I cannot make any future plans, not getting a new job because my WP will be expiring in a few months.
Guys please advise what to do, is there any action that can be taken which can seek IRCC’s attention to process 2020 q1 applications (all inland streams)
Hi have u called IRCC and checked the status of file ? Also wondering what is AOR ? 14 months is too long !

Has anyone heard about the new immigration policy on international graduates, health workers and workers in certain fields? Just received the email from IRCC about this, Can we apply that as well? This EE application seems an infinite way to go.

I guess u will have to withdraw the current application to apply under that program!

Oh really, they sent me the mail saying 'You might be eligible' though. Anyways dont think I will re-apply, there is only 90K seats so Id save it for people who really need it, not to mention the application fee.

Yeah many of us will be eligible. I know there is no point of withdrawing the current application and apply under different stream but at the same time EE-PNP Inland is taking ages. I'm having second thoughts now

If you are a Canadian PR / citizen, then your immediate family is exempt form travel restrictions. They can travel to Canada is they have a visa.
No, I have applied under express entry in Feb 2020. And added my spouse name in my file in November 2020. So everything is passed and waiting for the final decision. So in this case my spouse has an exemption of travel restrictions? Because ircc agent told me on the phone that we are getting delayed because she might have a travel restrictions. So, could it be possible that cic has hold my file because my spouse is living in INDIA ?

Hi all, I have a question.

For the folks who got final approval on their cases or got COPR, does your back ground check status in portal shows "We will let you know once we start your background check" or "Your background check is in process". I am Feb 2020 AOR and my background check status still shows "We will let you know once your background check status starts". Kindly share your experience :).
