Awesome thanks, will keep an eye for that. and Yes , my application was Feb 2020, got pre arrival last week and short after the PPR. Sent it through an agency last week. A lawyer advised that they have added personel to process files and the processing times has reduced significantly. I can see this to be true because after a week of this news I got my letter, stay hopeful we will all be reunited with our families

Ankara VO asked for submitting passports but my family residing in UK when . I contact VFS in turkey to send their passports they said ( We do not have courier service out of Turkey. ) in same time we don’t have any local turkey address,

In theory, almost any Embassy/consulate with an immigration section can issue the visas/copr (eg in London). It comes up often enough for eg Indian nationals who happen to be in Australia or other places. And when I say 'in theory' I mean that definitely it can be done to submit passports in different countries entirely - if the visa office in embassy has the visa printer and the right blanks, they can do it.
Unfortunately tracking down how to do this and getting instructions is not always easy. If you have an email for Ankara immigration section, you could try them; or the high commission in London; or call IRCC in Canada; or webform. (Webform would most likely be the absolute slowest).
The other potential thing is to contact VFS in the UK to see if they can accept - there's perhaps a slightly better chance that VFS in UK will have run into this situation more often (and hence know that they can accept passports with the PPR even if the PPR did not come from London visa office). Or VFS chatline.
As always, the real issue is finding someone to speak to who can actually understand the issue and give clear instructions.
I assume your family is nationality of one of the countries typically covered out of Ankara (like Iran) but living in the UK (and have been througout the application process)? It really is a bit dense of Ankara that they didn't provide instructions that explain how to do this.

For me, I checked Ecas a day before I recieved the PPR and there was no DM. I checked ECAS the day I recieved PPR and it said DM. So for me same day as PPR.

Thank you! No there was no reply for that. But a passport request indicates it was approved. I submitted my ARC fee together with the ARC letter. Did you submit your ARC letter yet?
Not really. We knew at one point when we had to submit an ARC it was gonna add extra wait time later on at the end. but I can't say the ARC did because the process before the ARC was slow and the slow proccessing time we waited before the ARC has nothing to do with it. It just happened to be slow for us. We had no problems or missing documents in our sponsorship. Paid all fees upfront. Our marriage should also seem very legit to them since We were married for 11 years and have 2 kids. And it was just super slow still.
I have a question to those who went through this proccess. VAC Passport Transmission fee How and where do I pay this? And can I submit the passport to the VAC in istanbul, I am also in istanbul. Or do I mail it to the VAC in istanbul. ?
