How long does it take to process the final decision after the file has been moved to London Visa Office (After you received AOR2)?

what's your timeline?? every case is different and i am waiting since july-2020(aor2)
I am August 2020 applicant, my file just got moved today to London Visa Office.
just moved? does your ECAS show '' we have started processing your application''?
Guys IRCC just updated my medical without having asked me for remedical. Anyone else in the same situation? I got pre arrival 3 weeks back? Did they extend your Medicals too ?
No ADR no remedical nothing just pre arrival and extension of medical
How did you learn that it had been extended? Did they send you an email or did something change on GCKey? What does it say on GCKey for you now under "review of eligibility"?
For medical I got profile/application updated then I opened it to figure it out, it said medical passed on 9 April 2021( which is today). And under eligibility it has changed the day I received pre arrival.and it says we are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements or not.
