8 years is Insane long time. I admire your patience and commitment. I could never do it, it’s a huge mental pressure.
They should find another way to deal with this process, more human.
If you think 8 years is long... I’ve been waiting for 17 years for PR! My first application got tossed when expressed entry entered into vigor and I was living in BC (in 2010). Then I loved 2 months after to Montreal for a job, and I’d been waiting since 2013 for Quebec, when my application got tossed by bill 9 in 2018. I’m a couple of weeks away from PR :)

But EE started in January 2015, or I'm wrong.

Hi guys,

Could you please read this and answer my questions? any advice will be appreciated.

""We would like to acknowledge receipt of your application for Permanent Residence under the Quebec Skilled Worker Category.
At this time your application is still pending completeness verification; however, after an initial review of your application, we note you have not provided a copy of the original of the following required document(s), as found at the following link:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5690E.pdf

Payment Receipt: The incorrect fee amount was received with your application. Please visit http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/fees/ to determine the correct fees.
The Certificat(s) de sélection du Québec (CSQ) expired on 2020-10-10. Your application arrived after this date, so it is being returned to you as incomplete.

This must be received 30 days after receipt of this letter
If your documents are not in English or French, you must provide a translation with a certified copy of the original.
Our office noted that this application is currently registered on line with your MyCIC Account. If after 30 days we have not received your documents through your MyCIC account, your application will be returned to you as incomplete.""

My questions are:
1- About CSQ i am a bit confused! they want me a new valid CSQ? My documents received by them by 6-2020 ( as per their XPE letter) so i dont get why they say your application will be returned?!!!! Should I ignore that?
2- I want pay the gap but they haven't sent any invoice! do you think if i pay the fee again (full fee) they will refund the balance? has anyone had this issue before?

Hi Everyone,

I wanted to check from experienced folks in this forum. I applied for CSQ in arrima portal on Jan 25 , 2021. My NOC code is Software Engineer. my qualifying score 66 is also above for the min cut off points required. I am an offshore candidate from India. I would like to know if Quebec will mandatory issue me a csq certificate since I am clearing the cut off? How long does it take to get the CSQ issued? Anybody, can throw light on timeline? Thanks for your help.

There's nothing 'mandatory' about Quebec. As of now only inlands with vjo are getting csq in Arrima. Other category is peq for which you don't qualify unfortunately.

This is clearly a mistake so you should contact them to clarify this issue. For the payment ask them how to do.

hi Guys, I am full of thoughts, but before that pls see my timeline below for QSW :
Filing date : Nov 18 ( Upfront Medical, used Express Entry medical which was done in Sept 2018).
AOR : FEB 2019
Additional Docs request for My spouse who is non Accompanying in my application ( Schedule A and PCC ) : Feb 2020
Documents uploaded March 2020.

Since then I have not received anything from CIC, its been 29 Months, my Spouse is Non accompanying in my application, however
She came to Canada in Dec 2018, on a work permit, since i am on a work permit as well.
I am wondering if they are holding my application thinking my Spouse was Outland when i filed initially in November 2018.. but the actual fact is she is here already on a work permit.

I have been seeing application with outland spouse on hold... may be over thinking... pls clarify.. if I should send something to IRCC,......

I believe they are only holding outland applications, and the not the ones whose spouses are outland. For the wave of 2018 is generally very slow if you can take a look at the FB page. Some from 2019 got their COPRs even if they are outland. So this might not be the reason for holding your application, unless if IRCC thinks otherwise
Good luck

1. Was your CSQ when you applied or not?
2. What you have to pay and what you actually payed?

My personal opinion is that you need a professional help. You have way too much issues with your application, definitely you are doing something wrong.

1. You should inform IRCC that your wife is in the country, don't give them reasons to suspect you.
2. Even that she is not accompanying IRCC will do full security check on both of you.
