Eligibility is passed by officer or case processing Agent? Did you see officer notes?

Same situation. They haven’t touched my file since passing eligibility end of august. I don’t think Ottawa is going to process Outland until COVID travel restrictions lift. I can just hope that the PPR will come atleast by the end of this year.

There are now also thousands of approved non-US Outland applicants who have been waiting from last March to land. IRCC has also been handing out thousands more ITAs every two weeks with zero intentions to process them.

When they finally open up the floodgates all at the same time, settling and finding a job will be fun lol. Especially when I have no way of committing to any job offer right now without giving them a proper timeline of when Canada will let me in

Hi,Legalfalcon, do you mean that only applicant in Canada will receive COPR ? for outland applications they were put on hold even all stages passed? thank you for clarification.
They are not pit on hold, dependents applicants will be asked to submit their passport to LVO, which will only happen after the PA received a cOPR, or it will be done simultaneously.

Anyone with May 30 AOR, CEC Inland, received any GU or got approval? I think starting tomorrow IRCC will work on June applications as per the recent pattern. I haven't received anything yet so far!

Hopefully I agree with you but a small correction, I pray they work on March and April instead. Of June,July, aug, sep, oct and so on and the recent pattern is they went from aug to may

@legalfalcon my application was approved on March 20th, but when I logged in today I noticed my biometrics expiry date has changed. It previously said they were valid for 10 years. Do you know why this could be? Not sure if it’s something to be worried about.
  • Date of Biometrics Enrolment:October 30, 2020
  • Expiry Date: November 22, 2021

Nothing to be worried about. As long as you have provided biometrics, you are fine.

Thank you for confirming. The new biometrics expiry date is the same date my current temporary work permit expires, so that worried me! Like I said, my application is already approved so hopefully it just means they are doing something in my file to prepare the COPR.

I also noticed the same. My file got approved last Friday and the biometrics validity dated to my WP expiry date.
