Could you share the links to designated / non designated countries? Is the country list for those who were born in that country or for those who reside in that specific country? We were born in country A but reside and have applied from country B. And nationality is of country C.

Yeah everything is passed for me in October, medical expired in January. I received a response from IRCC through my MP that my file is in queue for final review .

If i understand well, as my MED has expired, I'm in France (a non-designated country) "normally" (I'm saying "normally" between ""... cause nothing is normal with IRCC :) ) they're going to extend my MED for 1 year, wright?

It is at the discretion of the IRCC Health Branch, a per the policy. There inso right to demand that a medical be extended. If it is, you will see it in your MyCIC account, if not, then you will be asked to do a re-med.
