I have already apply to extend my study permit in mid January but still haven't got approved. Just a bit anxious.

Processing is 70 days so you should hear by end of March.

When I applied in 2019, it took around the estimated time as mentioned on the website.
You could always call IRCC and ask about eligibility review.
