well what if i sign some consent form and then ircc hates me for getting mp involved lol.. dont wanna take any risk so i never signed anything
 this is part of MP's job to follow up with Community PR application! There is no point for IRCC to hate you because of that!

so should i submit that form then? is it fine..?
It's just a consent form. Nothing major to legally challenge you. Mp's office needs it to request cic about your application progress.

Good news for May applicants who are still waiting:
Canadian Experience Class applications
We’re working at full capacity to process applications.

You may experience delays because we have a backlog of applications due to COVID-19.

We’re currently finalizing most applications we received between
May 10 and 16, 2020 ?
If your application is complex, it may take us longer to process it.

Dang seems like nuts to process the applications back to forth lol

LOL
how are they finalizing applications between May 10 and 16 when you can find everywhere (forums, Reddit, tracker ... ) tons of applicants from Feb/March/April still waiting? And for most of these cases, they haven't touched the file since summer!!

Must have been the most """complex""" batch of applications ever received in Feb/March/April then

Lets hope for the best. There are persons with background checks going for months now( criminality in progress, security not started etc.). Background checks still in progress is considered a complex application according to ircc. Is it a smoke screen.

I'm pretty sure I saw this few weeks ago, it mentioned processing applications received before 12th August.
This is strange, I don't have a screenshot to prove it though.
