I am still waiting for COPR. Aor march 5th cec inland with a dependent. I am the primary applicant and my BOWP expires on may 2021. Should I wait till april before I apply for BOWP extension or should I apply right away.

Also my wife (the dependent) her PGWP expires on Nov 2021. Not sure how to extend her stay. Would she be eligible to apply for BOWP eventhough she is not the primary applicant in the PR application.

You can wait until April, but make sure you apply for an extension at least 1 month before your BOWP expires.
