I'm a bit worried because I want to access the post nomination dashboard to apply for a work permit support letter to apply for a work permit extension as my current permit is about to expire soon. I'm confused as to what to do.
You can try to contact bcpnp office

If you applied BC PNP application by yourself then you should read BC PNP program guide, then they automatically issued you work permit support letter if your work permit expires in less than 180 days. If you applied through consultant then its different scenario so probably they don’t provide enough knowledge about process to their clients. You don’t need to request them.
They will sent you letter along with your nomination certificate in email.
It takes about 5-10 business days after 600 points comes in express entry profile.

Thanks for your valuable insight friend. I applied myself and not through a third-party representative. I got the 600 points added to my EE profile today but the BC PNP account still shows the status as "Applied". Looks like I have to wait for the WP Support letter along with the Nomination email.

Hey everyone - just submitted my application for BC PNP Tech - Skilled Worker. I wonder if someone can send me a list of documents they require in addition to the application form, please? We are having delays at government offices due to Covid and I want to make sure I have checked all the boxes. What happens if something can't be issued within 30 days?

Updated:
What I have now is:
From the employer:
1/ Copy of the valid Municipal Business Licence
2/ Copy of Certificate of Incorporation
3/ Company information
4/ Detailed job description
5/ Employer recommendation letter

From myself:
Police clearance certificate (or is this needed only later? This one is the delay... offices are closed...)
Confirmation of past employment experience added to application

International Skilled Worker - BC PNP Tech Pilot
NOC 2171, 131 Points
Application Submitted: 04 March 2021 - Status "Registered"
