How long did it take for them to reply? I've emailed then a while ago and all I got was the automated reply.

They haven’t been responding lately. Web form is the only way. That email is useful only if they sent you something already and you reply back to that.

I got new photos required today, two weeks after I sent my passport. The rejected photos were taken at a local UPS store. I went to a professional studio today to retake the photos, which cost $50. I hope they'll be accepted this time.

I had one from my local wallgreens. It was shit. I took from costco, i had to cut it myself and it came out wonkie. I drove 230 miles away from my town to a professional who had already done this pictures(I did not wanna risk it lol). I put in all the 3 photos so that they can pick whatever they want lol.

. Coz they keep rejecting it despite being taken by professional photographers. They seem to be very particular about and here in the US, not many photo centers seem to do a good job. Unless you live in a big city. I’m in a small town so I had to go through the hassle of it. And I spent way more money on that.I'll do the same this time, sending them multiple sets and letting them choose.
