It's the same for me, I was able to open it yesterday, today I got an account update email, but I am not able to log in. Keep getting 502 server error. Any luck on your part?

Yub, 502 Proxy Error on my Linux machine. The same error when access with another machine.

What do you mean locked? Your EE profile will be locked when you receive your ITA and all details will be transferred to your PR application profile. Your PR application should still be editable (make necessary changes, answer additional questions, upload docs) until you submit/finalize it. No payment (Application fee, RPRF) needed until you’re ready to submit.

Got the ITA, able to login but had to refresh and re-login many times. Felt so happy after seeing the ITA
