I think so. They cleared CEC candidates from the pool.

I think maybe they are going to stop draws for a while

as of 8 feb, 152,000 people in the pool. Shall we deduct today's 27,000 or its already deducted?

That would spell real bad news for us outland applicants.. If it's true they're probably gonna focus on inland applicants now.. which is reasonable considering the situation.. but unfortunate for us

But why do such a massive bulk draw? They could have continued with CEC only applications for the next few months, issuing a smaller number of invitations each time. They have created a massive workload in one go. I don't understand the logic.

I also want to know this. Over 45 years old, primary or secondary school education and low ielts scores is the only thing I can think of.

all applications regardless of the program are received in CIO - Sydney, then it gets redistributed to different IRCC offices and visa offices (outside Canada) depending on the workload of each office.
