2 years offer letter to claim 50 points

I am applying for PR through CEC and i got the extension letter for 2 years, can I claim point using this letter or is it mandatory to have a letter with indeterminate period or 1 year after getting PR ?

You should be ok if other requirements are met for +50.

Are you on a closed work permit with a LMIA? Then yes. if you are on a PGWP, then no unless you get a LMIA.

Yes, I am on closed workpermit with 1 year of canadian experiance, the only thing is that my company is not ready to give a offer letter with out any date on it, its the policy so the only option to me at this point of time is to get a extension letter defining

working full time with xxx sal and start date march 2021 to march 2023 adding to this disignation and salary. I am also getting addintion letter with roles and responsibilities

I hope this quialifies for the offer letter and are there any members who got approved with this kind of a letter ?
