No. You don’t have work authorization. Look at immigration programs as an employer needs a LMIA to show no Canadian can do the job, and the with a LMIA and job offer, you apply for a closed work permit. The process costs the employer time and money so many don’t do it.

The employer needs a positive LMIA first. The employer needs to pay the application fees and show that no Canadian could be found and that by hiring you, they will grow their business and hire more Canadians and PRs. The process for employers is long. Then with your job offer, you apply for a closed work permit. This takes many months too.

Apply for jobs? 5 years experience in what? Again you don't have work authorization so employers will not look at your application. Look on indeed or other Canadian job sites.
