And it’s so funny I never applied for PRRA. I still have status. My refugee claim is still in the federal court for appeal and no decision yet on that. Am also surprised that my AIP came from PRRA office but it was signed by a senior immigration officer though
@Blac Kelly..
I know why lol
It doesn’t matter where it is from as

Your refugee claim refused and then you apply for federal court 1st time, that is why you are still in status.
Once your this federal denies you will receive a letter from CBSA, till then you re good to stay...
Because of pandemic you will not receive any letter from cbsa if even your federal court denies “hopefully you will have positive reply”

I did not reply you//that topic is different from this.
I was telling anayaa..
He has nothing to do with anything, I believe 1st stage is the main, he is gone through the hard time, stage 2 is easy for him.

Hello my fellow Quebecer,
Please is it after getting Quebec selection that medical and police report is requested or before?
They request medical & police report before. But tbh, it depends, it could be before or after. Once you have been approved, they let Qc immigration know then Qc immigration send the documents for you to do CSQ

Thanks I have police check already from my country and that’s the only place I stayed more than 6 months. I have booked for medicals already for this coming Saturday though I don’t have instructions yet but the panel physician said I should come with AIP letter and other documents
Unless the process has change, immigration sends a document that you must give to do your medical
