Usually the passport have to be valid for at least 6 months when you receive the PPR. However, since you are an inland applicant, you will not be required to send your PP for a PR visa. The COPR will be sent to you by email.

However, it is always better to renew the PP as soon as possible

GCMS notes would carry info on all progress and every action on the PR application.
I think that once the application is outside Canada. GCMS are not showing what’s happening in it!
Even exchange is often done by email or phone, without any message or update on IRCC website.
That’s very frustrating !
Who’s LVO here ? And face same problem?

Hello !
Don't you think all these calls and webforms burden IRCC officers ? Or all these requests fits in with their missions ?
I don’t know .. like I said earlier I have never been able to reach them .. so no idea. Also reading everyone calling made me also curious to find out! That’s all
