Please keep posting whoever has received PPR, and about to land in Canada coming week about what CBSA officer ask them upon arrival at YYZ, YVR or any port of entry in regards to quarantine procedure or they get exempted since its their first time landing into Canada as PR !

That's not true. And Trudeau has no constitutional rights to ban all flights. No need to thank him. He doesn't deserve it...And people in Australia and New Zealand can apply for waiver.
