Can anyone comment on how long it takes to get a PR via International Graduate PNP if upfront medicals are done and if the provincial nomination has also been done?

I'm seriously considering Vancouver IRCC's suggestion......dropping my dependent first so that at least myself can get COPR.........But what if it also got delayed? Jeeze, why they do this to us though.

Starting next week, international flights can only land in Vancouver, Calgary, Montreal, and Toronto. Incoming travellers will need to take COVID-19 Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test upon arrival and will need to stay in a hotel designated by the federal government at their own expense for three days while awaiting test results. Trudeau said the estimated cost of this to travellers is $2,000 Canadian. If the test result is negative, travellers will then need to quarantine at home for a total quarantine period of 14 days (three days at the hotel plus eleven days at home). Those who report a positive test result will need to stay at a designated government facility.
Now the trouble becomes easier to solve. If they allow our dependant come to Canada and sending our COPR asap, I'm willing to pay that fee

I’m going to do that. I have written two webforms. The answers are all the same just to wait. I’m going to try calling them. Hopefully that will help
how they are replying in webform, why i have 5 webforms already but i did not receive any response from them.

Hey guys, I got specific respond from IRCC Cancouver office regarding outland dependent:

Hello,

Due to COVID-19, our offices are currently operating at a reduced capacity resulting in further delays for applications with overseas dependents. An accompanying dependent can be changed to non-accompanying if the principle applicant wishes to have the application finalized at an earlier date in which the dependent will not receive permanent resident status from the application. A sponsorship application for the dependent can be submitted with new applicable fees to IRCC at a later date for permanent resident determination. While this is optional, if you decide to change the dependent status please notify us.

Kind regards,

Vancouver IRCC
with this scenario, my children are coming to canada under student permit minor, what should i do then, just inform IRCC that my dependents are already in canada?and attached there student permits?

They will hold it also because if they give visa to the primary applicant they should also give visa to their dependents because it is linked to their application.
I have the same situation. I am in Canada and my dependents are outside Canada. I received a return passport from Ottawa in mid-November with a letter saying" A visa office will contact you on confirming your status as a permanent resident." while my dependents were sending their passport to the nearest visa office outside Canada for COPR and PRV. To date for nearly 3 months I have been waiting for the response from any visa office without any further information as for how the cases like mine should be processed on public official websites. Does anyone have good ideas? Thank you!

Me TOO! If they allow our depends come to Canada this way, I definitely would love to pay that fee. IRCC is not humane at all in this case. We experienced the most separation from our family and they just put our application on hold.

Sigh.
