we have submitted PR application under PGP 2019 and submitted all documents on 5th June, 2020 after medical and biometrics clearance. but till date we did not receive approval for passport submission. Still Final decision is found when we log in to check our application status. please let us know how more time will it take ? Application for PGP 2020 are in pipeline and Govt is exploring for PGP2021 but PGP 2019 cases are still pending.

We principal Applicant & dependent gave fingerprints successfully on January 12 this year at service canada Whitby Ontario location.Mycic GCKey account showing fingerprints didn't receive .I have informed with attachment via webform twice but they didn't confirm till date.No acknowledgement.

Processing times vary for many reasons. There are still many others waiting for their PGP2019 to be approved so you know that your processing time is not uncommon.
