No way to find out, but they have to action it within 5 business days. I have raised few in the past as "technical issues", and they replied back on the 5th day. but if you processing times are within normal limits, they won't acknowledge.
Yeah, I raised a technical issue in mid-December, they replied about a week ago. I am more concerned about the documents I've submitted through web-form though last week. They haven't showed up in the my submitted documents, and I'm not sure if they're even supposed to show up when they acknowledge them

JAN 4 - webform to submit original police certificate (I had only submitted certified photocopy and translation). I did not receive a reply but i guess it worked out?
JAN 25 Medicals passed and biometrics letter for spouse (i had given biometrics before for a trv), she got pgwp/trv before biometrics was a requirement.
Does this mean R10 completeness check passed?

Yes, when medicals are passed and BIL is issued the R10 completeness stage is passed. Eligibility stage is next and is lengthy in which all the things will be checked which you declared in your application.

There is no update on my application and Status bar is also not displayed. Is there anyone here like me who got an update?
Hello friends.
We got an update today for our application.
MEP : Jan 25,2021.
Biometrics have also been updated since we have given that last year itself.

Like other friends posted , No progress bar is displayed.

All the best for other applicants.

I received my BIL on 19 Jan but haven't yet received MEP. Shall I be worried/concerned ? What could be possible reasons because usually people receive BIL and MEP together.
I'm on the other side of the boat. I received MEP on Jan 23 and but Biometrics has not shown up yet. Both my partner and I did biometrics 5 years ago for our visa and expected it to show up on the profile along with the MEP. Should I be concerned?
