I also got refusal with same reason

I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
Brother, what was the reason of refusal and how did you solve it and got visa?

Im sorry to hear that. Maybe your chance of approval is higher if you apply it from your home country. Pakistan is also listed for SDS application which is faster processing. Goodluck to your re-application.

Dear Officer,

Thank you so much for taking the time to read this letter in which it is my intention to give you a better understanding of myself as well as my decision to pursue studying in Canada.

As you may already know, my name is TTT and I am 25 years old, born and raised in Jamaica. My highest level of education is a Diploma in Accounting and Business, received from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in April 2018, and though it may not seem like much to many, I am quite proud of this achievement as it was accomplished whilst I was both working and funding my own education.

The pursuit of an Association of Chartered Certified Accountants accreditation has been very impactful on my life as it has played a very important part in helping me to secure my first ever employment at XXX Holdings Limited as an Accounting Clerk, where I spent two years before moving on to the post of Accounting Officer at BBB Company, a leading product distribution company in the Caribbean, Central America, Europe and the Pacific.

After only one year of employment at BBB Company, I was promoted to the post of Financial Analyst for BBB Group Limited a position which (along with my current employment at AAA has exposed me to the more Business and Administration side of my career and due to this exposure, I began to realize my own ambitions of broadening my area of study within the field of business.

As I have no formal education in any field other than Accounting, I believe the Associates of Arts Degree offered by University Canada West will provide me with the perfect opportunity to develop a broad foundation knowledge of a variety of disciplines and topics so that I will be able to make an educated decision about which area of study I wish to pursue next, all while earning a Degree which is sure to set me apart in the work force when I return to Jamaica after the completion of my studies.

University Canada west was recommended to me by ZZZ, a close friend of mine currently attending University Canada West on a study permit, and upon conducting my own research on the institution and The Associates of Arts Degree, I was able to determine that not only was this the perfect course for me, but also that, compared to many other institutions, University Canada West offers one of the most competitive rates, a fact made all the more appealing as the university is situated in Canada, a country which offers world class education, excellent quality of life, a highly diverse population and has a considerably lower cost of living when compared to many other countries.

If I am approved for this study permit, this will be my first time ever traveling, one of the reasons I have never travelled before is that I would have no one to travel to, as all of my family resides in Jamaica and I fully intend to return to both them and my country after completing my studies in the year 2022. This being said I do not foresee any difficulties in adjusting to my temporary life in Canada, as I will be able to depend on the advice and guidance of my aforementioned friend also studying at University Canada West (I have attached a copy of her study permit and student visa as proof of her existence).

I would also like to use this opportunity to say that I fully understand the conditions of a study permit and my responsibilities as a student, not limited to: actively pursuing my studies, ending my studies if I no longer meet the requirements of being a student, leaving Canada when my permit expires, etcetera.

My studies in Canada will be supported in part by my mentor and family friend LLL, who is the Vice Principal at BLUE Primary and the operator of a small, not yet formalized lending business in Kingston Jamaica. I have known LLL for over a decade and she has always taken a keen interest in my development as an individual and has always been supportive in all my educational and professional endeavors (it was through her connections that I received an interview at XXX Holdings Limited to begin with). I have included a signed letter of support/sponsorship from LLL in this documentation as well as a copy of her bank statement for the past six months and a copy of her Passport and Visa.

I will also be contributing to my own studies here in Canada with money earned and saved by means of my employment at AAA have attached the relevant proof of funds documentations where you will be able to see that I have made partial payment on the first year's tuition.

Please feel free to contact either myself or LLL at any time, with any questions.

Thanks again for taking the time to read this Letter of Explanation, kind regards, and keep safe.

Follow up question, do they see it as a red flag if you are using ALL of your savings to get to canada to study?

Depends. If you're using all your savings for University of Toronto it's one thing but if you're using it for College Northern Canada (generic low ranking college) then yes it's a red flag

Hi. I got my student visa rejection letter yesterday. These were the reasons.

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your current employment situation.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your travel history.

I want to re-apply for my visa again but let me first tell you about my background. I completed my B.Com in India in 2012. Just after I graduated I got a job and worked for 7 years as a US Tax Professional and then moved to Dubai in 2019 after I got married to be with my husband. Once I came here, I got a job after 6 months in taxation. I wanted to study further to get into a better company in UAE and after extensive research, I found and applied for 1 year Professional Accounting program in Canada.

Now, with regards to the reasons for rejection:

1) My tuition fees is $19,000 CAD and I have already paid $13,000 and showed 42,000 AED, and 1,00,000 INR (the total of both is equivalent to 16,500 CAD approx.) and also 5000 AED in my husband's account (equivalent to 1,750 CAD approx.)
2)The purpose of my visit was just to study and I had indicated in my visa application that my husband will not be accompanying me. Also, since the course is being offered remotely, I had mentioned in the letter of explanation that I will not be travelling to Canada and I will study from UAE so that I can be with my husband.
3)My current employment situation is that I am still employed. However, in my application, under the employment section for start and end dates, I had updated the end date the same as when I had applied for the visa as I wasn't sure what else to update).
4) I have travelled to Bali and Turkey for vacation.

What should I do differently when I re-apply for my visa? Please help me out. Appreciate all the help I can get. Thanks.
