Hey everyone, does anyone here have AR in June and still waiting for AOR? My AR is June 11. It’s now been 7 months. I called CIC and got a temporary number that starts with XEP but that doesn’t really say much about my application, so a temporary number is something but it’s actually meaningless until my application is in the system. I am nervous as I applied inland via MPNP and my nomination already expired (my application was received before the expiry date of course). I know that I should hope for the best but I can’t help thinking that it would be so devastating if after waiting for so long, 7+ months, and there might be something wrong with my application. I’m not the most optimistic person out there, so it’s taking everything for me to stay positive.

I know that I’m kinda ranting here but all I want to do is to share my thoughts with you guys. If you’re going through the same, please kindly share how you keep yourself sane during these difficult times. Thank you!
I am in the same boat. AR 11 June, 2020

If your nomination certificate is not expired when they received your application. I think you should be fine. It may take some time for them to verify and check for your application. Some members took 7.5 months to receive their AOR.

I have some friends too..I also mpnp and it doesn't matter if nomination expired. My nomination expired in November 2020 but file.wqs received by them in june already...Lot of classmates got the file numbers..some of us are waiting... Looks like some files are being processed either with officer who might be busy is something urgent cases or may be its with some office. I called cic they said they only see temp.file number. So, Hope for the best..its hard to stay positive but hope everything comes good
