Really running out of patience now Actually. Yesterday I was actually crying because of this wait. It’s too much

I call IRCC every week. Nothing changed since November.
Everything is passed, pending criminality. IRCC is blaming RCMP. I provided RCMP PCC in advance.

Why blaming RCMP? What did they do?

Do I need to give RCMP police certificate in advance ? Me and my husband are in canada and our AOR is september 3. We didn't submit our RCMP clearance in advance because I read in CIC website that it should be submitted if asked. We are not asked until now. Should we get the clearance and submit now or wait ?

No need to submit if they don’t ask. Just wait - if they don’t end up asking you you’re fine

no, every week. I don't have time and mental strength to call every day

If you have left Canada for more than 6 months in between then and only then they will ask for RCMP, this is what I see the trend

Have you tried to call them and ask why its delayed to get COPR or raised any web form query? If yes then what response you got from IRCC?

I called them last Monday. The agent on the phone said he had no idea and told me to raise a webform to confirm I am in Canada and my current address. Lol funny thing is I didn't leave Canada since my AOR, so it is more like an excuse. I haven't got a response from webform, probably due to the reduced staffing? No idea.
