Improving border control, at least around Permanent Residents, would maybe be better than all this. In Europe I get passport stamped on the way in and out.
We don't need stamping to do that. Our entries into the country are electronically recorded. They started collecting exit data since June 2020 only (very recent development) so for any trips we might have taken via a commercial airplane before June 2020, those exits weren't recorded. So any new permanent resident whose eligibility period fall from or after June 2020 will benefit from this.

https://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/agency-agence/reports-rapports/pia-efvp/atip-aiprp/thr-rav-eng.html

My only regret is that it took so long before CBSA decided to record exits of residents and citizens for commercial air travel. This should have been done decades ago - recording exits means that IRCC wouldn't have to scrutinize applications too much. When they look at the CBSA record of exits and entries, they'll have had a clear idea of when we were in the country and when we were not.

They listed all documents relevant to the adult application for the person addressed. They specifically ask for kid's schools records and rest are of adult's.

I have received the document request today, 4 days after I completed my online test. Same as mentioned here: https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/july-2019-citizenship-applicants.625579/post-9074993

Some questions to fellow applicants:

1) Is getting I-94 from this link sufficient? https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94
Anyone planning on submitting the information from this link? I have seen someone in the forum advising to get I94 from here: https://foiaonline.gov/. I have created an account there and submitted a request there too. But if if it takes longer than the health summary request, I am planning to reply to the IRCC email just with what I get from https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94.
Any thoughts on this?

2) I am using this link to get my health summary from Ontario. This is the correct way right? http://www.forms.ssb.gov.on.ca/mbs/ssb/forms/ssbforms.nsf/FormDetail?OpenForm&ACT=RDR&TAB=PROFILE&SRCH=1&ENV=WWE&TIT=4890-84&NO=014-4890-84E [harirajmohan already answered this above]

3) Has anyone requested health summary from Ontario before? If so, how long did it take for you? I saw the standard timeline is "within 30 days". IRCC also gave me 30 days time. Does the Ontario Health also email you the records since it's an "electronic" system or just mail the paper document?

4) I have been living in an apartment since 2015. I had one year lease and after that I am on month-to-month basis. Is submitting the initial rental-agreement / lease document sufficient?

5) Anyone heard back from IRCC after submitting the documents?

1. Usually officers wanted from cbp's official documents from https://foiaonline.gov/foiaonline/action/public/home - this was prepandamic. But no idea if they are ok to submit from i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94. You can first send it from this site and parallel you can request from foiaonline.
3. I submitted on 7th. yet to get it. I dont think it would be electronic(since its health info) but not sure as i am still waiting for it.
They gave 30 days but you can certainly send other documents in few days and tell that you can get the health summary in few weeks once its received.
4. Same situation for many who were staying for long. Same for me. I do get yearly receipt letter and we can submit that. or you can get a recent letter from apartment office and submit that, along with lease copy.

That's weird because right below that wall of text, I see this :

I believe you'll have to fill out that form and fax it to the number given there. You'll get your records within 30 days. At least that is my understanding.
thank you for the help!

Thanks. I did get some practice online. But there's a huge variation in terms of difficulty. The most challenging part is the historical events that need to tell the year and the name in relevant. Did you encounter some of these tough questions in your test?
I haven't written my test yet, still practicing. The ones I get tripped on are the names of some people and what they did. The last test I did I got 136/152. If I were you, I would make some flash cards of the questions you are struggling with. :) Don't worry about the ones that are super easy...just the ones you struggle with.

For the photo id portion, they state that you can use your PR card but also state that it must have a signature. My PR card does not have a signature, so is it invalid? Anyone else use their PR card with no sig?

Signatures have not been issued on PR cards for ages now so its a confusing requirement.
