Application received in Sydney PC on June 3rd and just received temporary number. Have not received AOR yet, not sure how long would it take to get just the AOR.
There are still people from March waiting for an AOR and some people from August who have already gotten theirs. When we'll get ours in anyone's guess. Hang in there. I'm in the exact same boat as you. Temp number but no AOR1.

Not sure on what basis IRCC processes the application and whatever measures they are using is very unfair, applicants who applied during early months should get priority as compared to later months :(

Unless there is just flat-out bias of some kind I would assume that some applications are easier to verify for completeness than others, but who knows what goes on inside the bureaucracy?

Seems like we both have the same timeline just few days apart. I hope we would hear before the end of the year.

I have received the AOR1, Biometric and Medical within few days of each other. Today I received the confirmation of approval of being a sponsor.

did look in to the spreadsheet, looks like a lot of people have received Decision Made much sooner than expected, but the PPR is not being sent out, not even to People who are about to hit 12 Months processing time. The only lucky ones seems to be the PA in US who does not even need a visa to come also gets processed faster over other people living seriously faraway.

Really Why do even people in US need to come here through this process, they can come over and live as long as they want to, without all this BS. Too much for people who don't even need it. Of course its the underprivileged from other countries who will always be kicked down the list and will probably die just the way they are treated.

My spouse is American and she wants PR to work here and avoid international tuition fees, just our personal situation. We also want her to get healthcare as we plan to start a family.

Hi
I have married on 26th Feb 2020 , and applied for PR through the Spousal Sponsorship category. I applied on June 26 2020, was hoping to hear from CIC on next steps... As the process got delayed I called in to CIC customer service and got to know that the Visa Application Package has been returned to my address on 12 Nov 2020 without unit number I have the immigration representative - I was expecting that they will receive any question pertaining my application, to my shock CIC have sent the application to me directly and to the address by not including the Unit 402. Have tried contacting the Canada Postal services and they told me that the package is not trackable as it is been sent in regular mail.
Can you please help on this please
Am very much frustrated with CIC

I guess is that it might have been sent back to CIC, I do not live in canada but in the USA even though I do not enter the apartment number I do get my mails.
May be checking back with local canada post or CIC is the only option I believe.
