The form is self explanatory and easy to fill out. The employer needs CRA business number.no,im the applicant,but the employer ask me to send her the step by step guide on how to filling up the form.

As my wife is in that process, we got the offer letter, but not sure whether it is genuine or not, as there are number of people who are giving fake offers, some one told us that if you got the IMM5983 after job offer then you can assure that the job offer is valid and genuine for Work permit. Hi. My wife is working as a Home Support Worker on a spouse open work permit. She wants to switch to this program. If she's already working, is the process still the same to apply for the caregiver work permit? How long does it take for the work permit to be approved?
