yesterday my husband called me and told me he is leaving for dentist appointment

after one hour i got an email from London visa office and they said

that your visa and confirmation of PR are no longer valid and you will be unable to land in canada with them
please contact your spouse for further details

i dont know what happend...does that mean he canelled my visa?

i dont know why he is not picking up my call...but everything is fine between us then i don't know what happend

we are trying to call him since we got that email...i don't know what happened

my question is

does a sponsor can withdraw your PR after getting visa and COPR?

they didn't remove my new medical line in ecas and they add that line on 13 nov and on 16 i got that email

Dua u r receiving this email because your medical is expired. You did your medical in August 2019 . And if thr medical gets expired you need to re do your medical to get your PR. There is nothing wrong with ur husband. You should trust him before making assumptions. M pretty sure this is because of your medical expiration.

you should get Duaa Ali's husband's Contact# ...Call him may be you can get full information behind this issue, According to Duaa Ali her husband is not picking his phone while his wife waited for this visa for last 24 months..its not fair with Duaa

Once the decision has been made and they have granted pr/Copr, it can not be revoked, I tell you why, before getting the visa/Copr you are just an applicant who has applied to be a Permanent resident, once they have concluded and granted one a Copr /pr, one has same rights of Permanent resident as someone residing in Canada, hence they can not just take it away, it has a long process on other party/spouse part to get it revoked. It is from a personal experience as someone in the family came to the point where they wanted ones application withdrawn, but it was too late since the decision had been made and they had granted the copr to them. Withdrawal is possible before them granting the visa to travel.
P. S, all this happened within 3 months. We did everything we could to stop the person but immigration said, the person has the rights of permanent resident hence they can not just simply revoke everything.

I am june 2019 applicant and i wanna ask i just check my status on gckey and its still showing we are reviewing eligibility and background check but on the other website check online application status showing decision made could someone plz help weather i should be worried or file is really closed with decision made

4 important pieces of information can determine the difference if the email was legitimate or not.

1 - UCI # - was this included in the email?
2 - Was the file number ( Application #) included in the email?
3 - Was the full legal name of the applicant mentioned in the e-mail?
4 - Those kind of emails come in a form of PDF format & Electronic codes are included and cannot be copied or compromised), not just an ordinary e-mail. For example, reply of London Immigration Office for case updates/status.

If her answer is no to any of the above, then i won't worry about it. If her answer is yes to all of the above, then chances are not only the husband, but as well as close member of families or possibly friends too ( thinking jealousy here).

Disappearing of the husband is also a red flag.

It’s my first time writing but I was reading your posts for a while now.
My message is fo Duaa Ali. I am speechless! I was in shock like everyone when I was reading your last messages. If it’s the case and your husband really did that, the only thing that I can say is that you deserve better then him. What kind of human being can do this??? At least if he changes his mind he should talk to you about his intentions before calling the immigration.
