Pre-Assessed..
Hi All,

I Received Medical request for my son on Friday(4-Dec-2020) and got it completed from my end on 7th Dec 2020.
And got an update that file is transferred to NDVO. It also stated that the sponsorer meets the eligibility criteria.

Any idea how much time its taking ahead of this stage?
Hoping to see some movement soon.
Hello, it varies from one visa office to another. Based on my experience, file was transferred to MVO, first quarter of 2020. The processing took 8 months, some people waited longer. Hopefully, you don't have to wait too long though.. Good luck to you. Stay safe and Cheers!

Sending this again as my first comment was too long... lol! For applications with 2 or more applicants, do you get 1 or multiple passport request for each person? Thank you in advance :)
I strongly advise you write/call them and inquire on this issue Otherwise any delay will result in to something else. I have seen that email i advise you call and email them at the same time MANILIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca

To my understanding, every applicant should receive his/her own pp request but dont count on my opinion, please seek IRCC guidance by calling them

Hello All,
I had applied for TRP extension for my son in Feb 2020 and for his PR in March 30th 2020.
Its an inland application.

I just received a message that my application for TRP extension is cancelled and another message that I need to submit medical report for him for PR application...Anyone knows what does it mean and how long will it take to get the PR after medical is submitted.

@SpaceWatcher, you mentioned that you had seen this email before. May I know the process please, the instruction is quite confusing. The website doesn't state anything about passport requests. Do we apply for a visa? Do we need to make an appointment? I know we have to pay, but the question is, how? We have tried calling and emailing the office, but both to no avail. We were only given 30 days to submit the passport. Thank you in advance...

Hi, So i have twins... but still ircc has send different type of PR emails for both!!

SHIVAANSH AMITKUMAR PANDYA

We are at the end of the process for your application for permanent residence in Canada. Since the beginning of the pandemic in March 2020, IRCC has had to stop in-person services to protect the health and safety of clients and employees. The Department has come up with innovative ways to conduct business. Confirming permanent residence (PR) status without an in-person interview through a new and secure PR Confirmation Portal is one of these new improvements we are happy to offer you.

Through the PR Confirmation Portal:

· You will confirm you currently live in Canada
· You will provide your current address in Canada (we’ll send your permanent resident card in the mail to this address)
· You will submit a recent photo (JPEG or PNG formats are accepted) which we’ll use to print your PR card
· IRCC will upload your document that proves your new PR status you will be able to use this document while you wait for your first PR card that will come to you in the mail
Important notes:

· Clients will have to access the portal themselves. If you’re a representative, please forward this email to the clients you represented for their PR application until they were approved.

IRCC will keep improving on this tool, but for now the portal only allows one profile per person. Regardless of their age, each member of your family (i.e. including your dependants) must have their own profile.
You and every dependant included in your application will need their own unique email address (e.g. gmail, hotmail, etc.) for us to create an account in the PR Confirmation Portal.
Let us know:

You must inform us right away via the IRCC webform of any of these changes:

· marriage or common-law union, divorce, annulment, legal separation
· death of
o the sponsor
o the principal applicant or
o any accompanying family member
· birth or adoption of a child, including grandchildren born to dependent children
· you (the principal applicant) or any of your family members have been charged or convicted of a criminal offence

What you need to do next:

Reply(you must click on reply) to this email (IRCC.ClientPortal-PortailClient.IRCC@cic.gc.ca) and give us your personal email address and email addresses for every dependant included in your application. Please use this format, one client per line: Names, UCI, email, date of last time entered in Canada and the location(Port of Entry) - verify your passport for the date and location.

If you can’t access online tools such as the portal due to accessibility issues or special needs, contact us by replying(you must click on reply) to this message: IRCC.ClientPortal-PortailClient.IRCC@cic.gc.ca.

You and every dependant included in your application need to be physically residing in Canada in order to use the portal. If you or one of your dependant currently live outside Canada, contact us by replying(you must click on reply) to this message: IRCC.ClientPortal-PortailClient.IRCC@cic.gc.ca.

Sincerely,

MK05100.

It depends what system the medical clinic is using. If the clinic has eMedical system they can upload the result directly.

hi no replies on both my last posts:(
I have heard these are the two systems in place these days. Unfortunate that your twins are subjected to either process separately.

You can contact IRCC to check if it can be changed. Else you have to comply with the second process for your child.

The clinics usually send the details to IRCC. But there could be exceptions. Check with the clinic. They will give you a receipt on completion.

If you dont get an update within the normal processing times that your medical details have been received by IRCC then only you can upload the receipt of completion using a webform.

Else, no action required from your end.
