Not initially but after some time we submitted one through a web form. However, in the call, the visa officer said he hasn’t received that yet so don’t know what happened to it.
I recieved this mail through webform what does it mean ,about we verified the information on file

It seems that they are replying that your biometrics is done and that the officer will ask you for the medicals in the coming future.
What is you timeline? When did you apply? From which country?
I know my bio is done bcz it already update on ircc account but the officer mention that we verified information on file
I guess it is something related to your file processing that the biometrics is checked.
There is no POF required?! am I sure am on the right stream? Is this not self employed person stream? Are you saying people have not bn asked to show POF? sure am missing something pls comerunning19 clarify.

Provide a document bearing your signature and description on how you accumulated your present financial resources, both family and business. "
I am pretty sure you've missed all the other members' previous replies here.
Ok. My question is, what will this document look like ? A kind of signed letter of explanations? Will adding a valuation report be of help to clarify your net worth? Just asking pls.
You basically CAN'T NOT go into details doing this by yourself. If you don't want to go into details, get a paid professional to do this for you. In that way you can also opt to be less respectful while asking things
