Hi,

I am CEC inland candidate and on 10th June 2020, I received an update on my online portal that I have been approved and a CoPR has been issued, but I never received any email with the actual Co-PR and next steps. After calling and writing to them multiple times, on 2nd November I received a Co-PR which doesn't even belong to me and is addressed to someone else, which is a huge breach of confidentiality to begin with. I have written to them and called them so many times and all they say is ' we are working on it' . My CoPR according to the online portal expires on 15th Jan 2021!!

What do I do? How can I get them to release my already existing Co-PR? Any ideas?

You should contact your local MP(member of parliament) . He can certainly help you regarding your case. He can ask cic about your case.
