No i did not get any email just letter of passport submission, i think you have to email them then will send you approval to send them passport, there are agents that help to do this service

Did anyone receive an information letter recently? It basically says, applications are approved & visa office may contact you with special instructions to submit your passport during the COVID-19 pandemic...

Is this different from approval letter?

@Sundar2019 Yes. I first got the original passport request and after 2 days, I got another email asking me to contact VFS for courier instructions. Once I sent an email to VFS, they replied asking for more details for arranging courier service. I guess they will collect the passport by tomorrow

No i did not get any email just letter of passport submission, i think you have to email them then will send you approval to send them passport, there are agents that help to do this service

to whom we should message them any email address would be really appreciated

Spouse Open Work Permit.. Applied in Feb and got approved on Apr 24. But received original passport request only on 4th Nov. and the courier instruction letter on 8th Nov. arranged courier pick up with vfs and pp was collected on 12th. now waiting to receive it back

My ICT WP was filed from US and now I moved to India as my US visa is maxout, now if I change my address from US to India, will it impact my timelines? as India wait time for approval is more weeks than US?

Anybody whose application was filed in US and moved in India , please share your experience and suggestions.
