I am a 25-year-old. 2nd-year master's course student in biochemistry/molecular biology in Japan with no work experience. IETLS score 6.5
Is there any way to move permanently to Canada? any advice for that?

You need at least one year of skilled, continuous work experience to be eligible. Finish your masters and improve your language scores and then you may be eligible. Read everything on the express entry - federal skilled workers website. it details all the eligibility requirements.

Research the Express Entry program. You will need to wait until you have at least one year of work experience to qualify. So immigrating to Canada now isn't possible.
