Wrong country of birth

Since she got the biometric request, there's perhaps a good chance her file has been accepted and they decided it was a typo.
My suggestion would be to send a webform with the updated file/country of birth and saying it was a typo.
no guarantees because there are several forms in the package with the same info - if she was wrong on all of these, it's a bit harder to explain, but if it was because of a consistent error, perhpas they just passed over it.
But from the sounds of it they ignored it or decided it was a typo, so good luck to her.
Thank you so much for replying. So you mean by sending her webform with proof of birth country, everything will be fine?? No need to panic over it? When she tries to open her file to track, even then she has to fill Indonesia as her country of birth. On biometrics page it’s also Indonesia. Her representative said that it’s a mistake from her side.
I'm not able to say whether it's okay, but there\s a chance it is because they started the process. If it's the wrong county just on one form and assuming documents provided show the right country, perhaps they decided just a typo.
But try to correct via webform and revise the forms that were wrong and send to them. Hopefully they just saw it as a typo. Still possible they will send it back but no-one can say. If you correct with updated you may have a good chance.

Hi I am in the same boat my representative made a mistake in my gender. Representative said they have raised a webform still waiting to receive any update from ircc. Please tell what happened in ur case? Generally i have found people saying that IRCC can make these type of typing corrections at their end
It turns out that the mistake wasn’t from her representative end. The representative rechecked the file she sent, everything was fine from her side. So mistake is done from IRCC side. Her lawyer sent email to IRCC. Let us see what happens.
But ircc do not fill any entry manually they just scan the barcodes on file we send and everything is automated rest representatives do not accept their mistakes but yes this is not a big issue bcus ircc can easily correct these typing mistakes in their system. Our lawyer has also raised the webform keep updating if u guys receive any update from ircc as i am also in the same queue waiting for my Biometrics request with correct gender on it
Okay. I will keep updating you here. But as far as I know her representative shown them scanned file. They saw it themselves. Rest I don’t know.
In any of the way ircc has the authority to make correction at their end i am also waiting for them to make correction in my file. will let u know if i get any update
