Yes. If they send you a request for this portal. You can apply for the card online. They just started it this week, so not sure if they are rolling it out consistently for everyone.

Can someone please explain again whats the difference between criminality and security? Which one is dependent on Biometrics and which typically takes longer?

There’s been a spike of COPRs last Friday (at least on this forum and pr tracker).

I called IRCC helpline and per agent criminality is still pending (rest everything is cleared), Biometrics were updated on 15 Oct, AOR - 10 May, VO - Ottawa.

Not sure how long it going to take

They seems have introduce call back request feature (if calling from Canada), so one doesnt need to stay on phone. Agent calls when its your turn

Yes I am from Sudbury ontario. I did get a call and completed my biometrics on Oct 14th.
