Hi,

Did you get PPR?

For @Arma , it took four working days to go from DM to PPR. So, hopefully, you receive it in this week if you have not already.

Nairobi Visa is still hibernated, unlikely They’re operating. I sent email to last 3 months and response I got it.

They are operating.

They working on both Arma and tsegereda as shown in the previous pages while they also sent me biometric for spouse in October. I updated here before.

Just be patient. If they haven't made DM, it is possible your security is ongoing.

Not yet :( With all that is going on in Ethiopia, I really hope it comes soon (and that there will be internet to get it!). Husband is currently safe, but it is really stressful.

Ohh. Wait till tomorrow. If you do not get PPR by then, I suggest you write to Nairobi office asking for priority processing due to the conflict in Ethiopia. This will work well specially if your husband is in the conflict region. Your email has to be clear and concise.

One time I asked for priority request for one document as I had a legitimate reason and they send it to me the next day.

All the best.

You may be right but remember those Applicants you mention are based in Addis Abba even during lockdown some applicants were getting communication from Addis. I personal know three people who got their COPR/Visas from Addis in June 2020 and others for interview at Addis. I know the Regional Visa Office is Nairobi for Addis but the Consulate were full operation. Also Biometric request from RC6262/Sydney, NS.
