I think we all started with caveat that people got extra points in their profile. If it is just in calculator, it would be a glitch
I noted that the additional points given to bilingual candidates had been added to several profiles (I had seen at least 2 posts reporting this) almost 2 weeks before IRCC's official announcement.
There are more candidates reporting this round because of the number of people graduating from Canadian schools.

Then I can’t imagine someone with a Canadian qualification not having atleast 480-490 points.
International students who go to Canada after the 12th standard would still be struggling to get points.
International students who go to Canada after a bachelors' degree will benefit the most.
And people with Canadian Masters anyway had score above 470+ all the time.

If this is the case that additional points are actually awarded, I think they just threw FSW program for English speakers under the bus. Rather conducting CEC draws would have been more ideal if they wanted to target those already in Canada

I think that its possible, cicnews just posted an article regarding that Canada will aim more to inland candidates through various ways. They just gave french extra 10 and 20, its sensible if they give canadian education extra 15 and 30. Its time for me to find Lmia then :))) kinda tired with this dream already

As per the calculator, a person with Canadian bachelor's degree and 1 year Canadian experience can get 504 points, a Canadian master's with 1 year Canadian experience will get 531.whereas an outland master's degree with 3 years of foreign experience can get a max of only 481
If this happens, outland applicants are royally f@#ked

But don't think giving additional points the education will take CRS > 500. People will Canadian Masters were always above 480+. International students with a bachelor's will benefit the most.
