yes, that is why the score is less. Try getting 8777 and your score will be 467 then, but still not sufficient for getting ITA.

That's going to be a heck a lot easier than having your employer try to get an approved LMIA.

Does he understand what is involved in getting an LMIA approved? This is a great deal of paperwork, he's going to have to readvertise your job for at least a month in three places that meet the LMIA requirements, it takes months of processing, there's no guarantee of approval.
