No feedback from CES

Hi All,

Please note, my university has submitted all my documents for ECA to CES in July-2020 and till now i didn't get any feedback. My status still showing as "Initial Review in Progress" .

such delay is usual for those applied with CES?

Hi,
CES is very delayed in processing ECAs at the moment. Did you send your documents electronicall or by post? When did you receive the C2-step email informing you of the "Confirmation of the Receipt of the required institutional documents"?
They try to get back to you with the next step after 15 weeks.

Hi,

My university has dispatched the documents directly and university provided me the tracking number. When i checked it shows they have received my document on 20-Jul-20, but CES didn't send any notification so far.

It will take a while for them to process it then. Here’s what they said on the latest update on their website:

• Processing physical mail: We need some time to organize our transition back to the office. We will process the incoming mail in stages based on the order in which applications were received. We are getting access to our physical mail for the first time since mid-March. There are thousands of pieces of mail to sort through, so we are asking that you please continue to bear with us.
