Try using wrong application number when asked during your call.
I have read somewhere in this forum that it helps to trick the system and you will get connected to an agent on the first instance.
yes. Interesting finding:
Via Web form they said, your application is under process and we have all the details & documents. A decision will be made and we will let you know..
Via Phone Call: they acknowledged that yes your application is Approved. Just copr needs to be sent. don't have timeframe due to covid.

Just want to run something by you. So right now, you do not see the final decision (approved) in your CIC profile? Or you only know about the final decision via GCMS notes?
