Does anyone know if their DLI will be on the list?

Man, these bloody Quebecer govt is always like that. Always want to be different and special with their "Banjur Hi" fkng shit in the middle of the pandemic. Rather than taking care of the homeless people, they are worried about the language. Fkng shit as always. Big mistake of coming here. Should have gone to Toronto or anywhere that is not in Quebec.
Also, it is "Bonjour Hi" :)

So pitiful you guys are arguing over things us people have no control over, if there is no list published yet then all we can do is wait or try to contact the right authorities. Go out get a breather and be patient.

So easy to say “be patient”.
But a lot of people have been waiting for Months without a date.
My application is from January 3rd.
You see? Patience has come along so far, but it is already leaving me.
Some people are getting frustrated and we have all the right to be.

People being frustrated wont make the process any smoother or easier. Accept the fact that it wont be smooth sailing due to COVID delays and you'll be better off. You aren't the only one waiting there are plenty others as well and we don't have a choice other than waiting. Have a positive outlook bud.

Did you read the e-mail above?
https://giphy.com/gifs/ezHv7yqjMAgrCO8G5T

The problem shouldn’t be about the list but the fact that at the time they post it, the borders will open.
Some people already have passports with visas.
Yes I did. Did you read something that you didn't already know? Yes the border remains closed it will open at 23.59 tonight and to enter the country your school should have an approved COVID-19 schedule. And as clearly stated:
"Travellers should not make any travel plans until they have met all requirements and received all necessary authorizations."

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/news/2020/10/update-on-travel-restriction-exemptions-for-international-students.html

I do understand how frustrating this situation is, I have gone through much more difficult situations during my immigration journey, the only thing you can do is to hope this damned list to be uploaded today or the next days.

You are insisting in a theory which doesn't exist. It is normal that you don't understand how things work here in Canada as you don't have any experience.
So, again, the provincial governments decide which DLI is approved or not. The only thing that ircc does is to host the list with the approved DLIs in order to be everything in the same place, in federal's government website, as this isn't ircc's website but federal's government. All these aren't figments of my imagination, so you can stop picturing the Quebec and Ontario health ministers arguing with Mendicino over this list.
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/study-canada.html

"The list of DLIs with an approved COVID-19 readiness plan in place will be posted on IRCC’s web page for international students affected by COVID-19 restrictions and updated regularly as provinces and territories identify additional schools."
You do not know my job nor my residence history in Canada

I don’t care if I can’t go to Canada before the vaccine. It is their right to do so.
I am talking about finalizing the applications.
There is no reason explanation to put us at this situation. Giving the final approval will not affect the borders.

I really don’t want to make travel plans. Even if the barrers were lifted, I only can travel by January because of my job in Brazil.

The only thing that I want is a final approval. I have been waiting since January. And we know that AIP doesn’t mean that everything is ok.

If i were in your position i wouldn't worry, as things seem to move faster now. My friend and her husband gave their biometrics on August 24th. And today her husband's application for an open work permit has been approved. Even if my friend's hasn't been yet. In order her husband to get an open work permit is necessary her application to be approved. That means she has been approved as well but she hasn't received the approval yet. For sure she is going to receive it if not tomorrow in the next few days.

This exactly.

I didn't have the energy to post something like this to explain how government works in Canada.
