Hi, do they send email confirmation for your biometrics appointment? I just got a call this afternoon for my appointment on Monday. Agent say I should be receiving an email, but haven't got it yet. AOR June 12, AB

Sharing an update from a friend not on this forum -

SC tried to call him yesterday but he missed the call. They left a message saying they will call back on Monday. But then he got a call this morning and booked for later in the month.

downtown Toronto, April AOR. So it seems we should still be vigilant with our phones on the weekends too...

This is ridiculous. My dependent/common-law partner just got the call and they wouldn't make my appointment with him. What the hell we're on the same application, we live in the same place ?????

I AM SO ANGRY RIGHT NOW.

Go with them to the appointment. A couple in Vancouver had the same situation, they called the applicant's dependent first so he went with her to her appointment with his BIL. He got his biometrics done at the same time. No guarantees but seems they don't mind if you are together on the same app.

They do not. I asked and they said they dont have the means to do this apparently.

I will try this if they don't call me by then. My partner's appointment is on Nov 10th so we'll see.

Got the call- aor April 24th
BIL- may 25th
Cal time - 9am, I missed the call, they called again at 10am.
Booking - Nov 5th
Area - Etobicoke, and I got Mississauga passport office.

Did anyone of you who submitted their application through an attorney got call for biometrics ,??? And if so the service centre they choose is from which area ?? Address of attorney or the current residing address of the client ?? Kindly reply ..thanks

I think they choose it from applicant area, my attorney is from Mississauga, and I am from Etobicoke, got a call today, and agent verified my postal code. Last week was North York, now they are calling Etobicoke, hopefully they are moving west.

Hi, it happened to me too. They called me, scheduled my husband as well but would not schedule my daughter who also had BIL letter. We took her and they did hers too.
