When did you submit your passport to Accra?

I sent it last week Wednesday via DHL and it was received by one of their workers at the accra office on friday. But I didn't pay for return for dhl, since I'm hoping they will send me a notification when it's ready

Congratulations on your PPR, the 331 GHC covers the processing fee and Courier fee to send you passport back to you. You will receive a message from VFS when they courier your passport to you.

Everyone has to pay that money, i suggest you pay the money immediately and send the receipt to them via email.

You pay a different amount if you are in Ghana as the courier fee is less.

My application is march 2019.... All most 19 months now this is what Canada visa office Accra Ghana sent to me yesterday because I wrote to them last week....
Please be advised that your application is still in queue for review. No further action is required by you at this moment. You will be contacted once a decision is made...

Please can you explain this ?
