New PR card application 2020 August onwards

What is their email address and phone number. Please and thanks you.

Email was mentioned on the COPR letter and phone number is 639-916-2615..
I tried the number plenty of times but everytime it went to voicemail.

So, how will we know that they received the documents. Will they confirm on email?

I sent my documents through express canada post and according to tracking, those were delivered.
As I know, no one got an email from Saskatoon office for the confirmation that they received the documents.

any insights? I got CoPR yesterday, but they haven’t sent my daughter’s, mine/husband/son is all in.
Should I call the officer or send a web form?

Did she receive COPR number?
In your COPR, do you have the email of Kitchener office?
I received my PR card and my husband's, but I didn't receive my son's. I sent an email to IRCC Hamilton, that was in my COPR letter, and they answered that they would resolve the issue.

I haven’t received her CoPR. I’ll check if I can find an email or phone to get in contact with them if nothing changes tomorrow. Thanks!

Hi guys, I finally recieved my PR card, something to notice as the Immigration officer when he called to confirm my CoPR mentioned that I need to send my photos to Vancouver Immigration office, which was the place of my landing but my PR card will be sent out from Sydney. So, in my letter it does say it came from Sydney.

PR cards are coming from Sydney office? Does it mean that PR card applications are being forwarded to Major offices from the local IRCC offices mentioned on CoPR letter?

Maybe local offices are just verifying authenticity of the COPR and photos, scanning and passing to Sidney and Sidney is issuing the card. ‍

I've got my daughter's CoPR today! I'll be sending my pics tomorrow.
I hope the office here is issuing the cards, it's very close to my place...

My card came in an envelope with the address of Sydney, NS. But I thought that maybe the local office could sent it, because it's a pre paid envelope

Well. I didn’t get my PR card yet. So I keep doing this for it. But it’s different from PR application. I feel free already. Next step is citizenship lol.

Yes, it's true... it's different.
In 2 years citizenship!!! Totally!!!
