I got my DM on Oct 6 and application complete on Oct 7. I didn't get my COPR yet. I sent E-mail to Etobicoke Office but no response. Please guide me

Not at all. Mine took only 5 business days. And whats the address on your pr card mail where it came from?

I sent the photos to Hamilton, Ontario, who issued the COPR, but the address on the PR card envelope is Sydney, NS

I don’t know what Saskatoon people are doing
I sent them an email this is what i got as a response.... Like seriously??
Due to COVID 19, all IRCC offices are currently closed until further notice. We will process the Permanent Resident card photos once staff are allowed to return to the office. As stated on your approval letter, you can expect delays in the processing of your card. However, please note the letter you received is an official document that allows you to get your SIN and Provincial Health Card.
