Hi All,

For my Canadian work experience in Quebec(where I'm employed currently), HR denied issuing a work experience letter instead they issued a standard employment verification letter which states my title, DOJ and annual salary. So for roles and responsibilities, I do not have proof.

Unfortunately, they denied giving this letter on phone so I can't attach proof of denial.

What should I provide to claim my points under my NOC for roles and responsibilities in such a situation? Any pointers would be helpful.

Thank you,
Kosma

Get the same denial in writing from your company, attach the employment letter provided by them already along with a role & responsibility letter provided signed and notarized by a subordinate or a colleague along with their employment details and contact to verify. Include a LOE explaining the denial and that you’re now attaching the denial along with R&R by your subordinate and their details are also attached. You should be good to claim those 50 points then.
